🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 2+ years in machining/maintenance or 5+ years in related fields; or 1+ year
Experience leading multi-skilled technician teams and implementing maintenance metrics (Uptime
Strong collaboration with engineering/planning to define PM/maintenance strategies.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and work various shifts, including extended hours/weekends as needed.
Proven track record with lean manufacturing principles and problem-solving in high-volume
