Machine Operator (3rd Shift)

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain machines: bindery, guillotine, laminators, MOLL, ABG.
• Identify and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations.
• Report completed orders using approved systems.
• Prioritize tasks to meet production deadlines.
• Maintain stations and replenish for the next shift.
• Conduct quality checks and escalate issues to the supervisor.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong mechanical background with willingness to learn.
• Experience troubleshooting and running multiple machines.
• Solid grasp of mechanical principles and problem-solving.
• Able to quickly learn and operate various machines.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long shifts.
• Proficient in written and verbal English; follow safety protocols.
• 4+ years of experience operating one or more listed production machines.
