📋 Description

• Operate, clean, change-over, and maintain production equipment while monitoring performance and
• Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, reduce downtime, and coordinate repairs with maintenance and
• Maintain tools and spare parts, support preventative maintenance schedules, and ensure equipment
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards while supporting continuous improvement
• Communicate effectively with team members and leads, adapt to production priorities, and assist in
• Perform required physical tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working in confined spaces

🎯 Requirements

• Experience operating and maintaining manufacturing or production equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and follow standard operating procedures
• Clear and professional communication skills across teams and levels
• Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and compliant work environment
• Physical ability to lift, climb, and work in confined or elevated spaces as needed
