Machine Repair Supervisor

📋 Description

• Plan department work schedules and direct assignments of personnel and equipment
• Lead, coach, and develop Machine Repair mechanics, apprentices, and other assigned support personnel
• Partner with Production, Engineering, Mold Repair, Mold Control, and other plant teams to
• Analyze operations and make recommendations relative to changes in organization, personnel
• Conduct inspections of forming equipment including feeder mechanisms, bottle machines, and various
• Review bottle quality and mold equipment operating data

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Proficient at reading blueprints
• Minimum of 1 year experience supervising people and leading processes in a manufacturing environment
• Must be available to respond to unscheduled breakdowns and critical production issues for
• Prior machine repair experience
• Strong background in Preventative Maintenance
