🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of engineering experience in equipment design, product development, manufacturing systems
• Demonstrated experience taking projects from concept through implementation
• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
• Experience working with fabrication vendors, machine shops, equipment suppliers, or maintenance
• Excellent communication and project management skills
