📋 Description

• Hands-on mechanical rework during satellite integration on the shop floor.
• Maintain and deploy standard tooling kit at integration stations.
• Inspect parts against drawings; measure with CMM and gauges.
• Machine corrected or replacement parts from stock to drawing tolerances.
• Log rework actions in Jira for traceability and NC disposition.
• Identify recurring failure patterns; collaborate with engineering to prevent NCs.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in precision machining; tight tolerances ±10 µm
• Manual and CNC machining: lathe/mill; program CNC from drawing
• Thread repair: helicoil/Recoil/Keensert; broken parts extraction
• Precision measurement: micrometers, bore gauges, pin gauges, CMM
• Tooling ownership: maintain/calibrate/manage integration toolkit
• GD&T reading and independent disposition decisions; English fluent
