Magnolia Table General Manager

📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of the Magnolia Table restaurant
• Maintain revenue and promote efficiency and cleanliness
• Ensure the highest quality food is served
• Help with future menu item planning
• Provide input and insight into strategic plans and financial direction and monthly budget tracking
• Provide weekly tracking updates on financials to Food Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 1-2+ years of related work experience OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3+ years of managerial experience preferred
• Forklift Trainer certification preferred upon hire
• Must be available to work weekends, events, and holidays as business needs require
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required
• Experience with warehouse management software, databases, and KPI tracking required
