• Ensure the highest level of guest care in Magnolia’s brand
• Greet and escort guests to their table when needed
• Follow steps of service for exceptional guest experience
• Present menu; provide portions, ingredients, and allergy info
• Relay guest orders to kitchen; note dietary needs and special requests
• Serve orders; deliver accompaniments and condiments

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 0-1 years related work experience preferred
• Food Handler's license and TABC certification required upon hire
• Available to work weekends, nights, events, and holidays
• Toast proficiency preferred; strong customer service; multitasking
• Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor with urgency
