MAHRS Business System Analyst

📋 Description

• Support day-to-day HR functions across multiple departments within the Manpower & Reserve
• Maintain and enhance designated Microsoft SharePoint sites, ensuring content is accurate, current
• Analyze existing and proposed business processes, workflows, and operating procedures, recommending
• Develop system and functional requirements documentation, business requirements, workflow
• Maintain and organize HR, EEO, manpower, and related policies, guidance, standard operating
• Develop test scenarios and documentation for system enhancements, defect fixes, upgrades, and new

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and
• At least three years of experience working with federal HR data for reporting, analysis, and
• At least two years of Microsoft SharePoint content management experience.
• Demonstrated experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation
• Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret HR and EEO performance metrics and
• Experience developing test plans, business cases, functional documentation, and quality assurance
