Mainframe Systems Programmer - CICS

📋 Description

• Provide premium software support for CICS on z/OS for Ensono mainframe clients.
• Support reported problems related to CICS TS and related OEM software on a 24x7x365 basis across
• Install and tailor OEM products and perform OS upgrade-related tasks per Ensono standards.
• Collaborate with other towers to prepare customer partitions for annual OS upgrades using proactive
• Support customer migrations related to CICS TS and OEM products; assist project managers to remove
• Execute disaster recovery tasks in cooperation with Disaster Recovery Services.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years on the zSeries mainframe with hands-on installation and maintenance of CICS TS and OEM
• Strong knowledge of CICS TS capabilities, tailoring, and related OEM products; experience with IBM
• Experience monitoring CICS TS performance and related systems.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team; able to multi-task and meet
• Excellent written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
