Maintenance Assistant Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep, inventory, and repairs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call duties
• Hands-on maintenance to maximize rents and occupancy
• Customer-service oriented to influence residents, visitors

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience with 1+ year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory
• Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, and carpentry
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal)
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience
• Computer skills: manage work orders, schedule turns, order supplies
• Valid driver's license and tools; DMV and background check
