Maintenance Associate

📋 Description

• Complete daily full facility walkthroughs to proactively address visible facility maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, electrical
• Respond promptly to maintenance tickets/requests and address issues efficiently
• Prioritize facility tickets so that 90% of tickets are responded to within 12 hours, 80% are
• Conduct regular inspections/weekly walkthroughs of facilities to identify and report maintenance
• Complete 100% of NolaPS inspection items by stated deadline

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2–4+ years general building maintenance or a primary trade (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry
• Basic building systems, hand/power tool safety, LOTO awareness, ladder/fall safety, PPE
• Email/Sheets for communication and inventory/parts logs
• Ability to work flexible schedule
• Experience working around children/public settings (schools, libraries, healthcare) - preferred
