Maintenance Engineer

📋 Description

• Partner with production and fulfilment to ensure equipment availability.
• Lead shift operations, guiding day-to-day Kitchen runs.
• Diagnose and fix plant issues, including site services.
• Own and drive reliability of machinery; respond to breakdowns.
• Provide RCA for efficiency losses and major breakdowns.
• Drive CI plan with Engineering Team; support handovers and training.

🎯 Requirements

• Multi-skilled engineering background with an apprenticeship.
• Electrical bias with strong electrical diagnostics.
• HNC level qualification in Engineering.
• 3+ years in Engineering or Senior Technician role.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of safety legislation.
• PC literate with Google Suite and cloud-based systems.
