Maintenance Inventory Clerk

📋 Description

• Maintain accurate inventory records for maintenance parts, tools, and MRO.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly cycle counts; resolve variances.
• Monitor min/max levels and reorder points to prevent stockouts.
• Label, organize, and store maintenance inventory in storeroom.
• Ensure critical parts are available for preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to supply parts and materials.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in inventory control or storeroom in manufacturing/industrial.
• Experience using CMMS or other inventory systems.
• Experience with cycle counting, inventory auditing, and reconciliation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.
