📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations and workflow to boost productivity.
• Identify improvements and implement efficiency enhancements.
• Respond to guest maintenance issues; troubleshoot appliances, wifi, HVAC.
• Manage and replenish maintenance supplies and inventory.
• Schedule and distribute maintenance tickets.
• Ensure homes are well maintained via preventative maintenance and inspections.

🎯 Requirements

• Hospitality or hotel or vacation experience preferred.
• 1-2 years in maintenance or basic property care.
• Knowledge of appliance repair, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Tech-savvy; comfortable with digital systems and mobile apps.
• Reliable personal transportation required.
