📋 Description

  • Direct and supervise maintenance and repair for air-cushion vehicles.
  • Lead a workforce of mechanics, technicians, and inspectors.
  • Hands-on oversight for troubleshooting, repair, and testing.
  • Develop daily, weekly, and long-range maintenance plans.
  • Prioritize tasks by operations, readiness, and safety.
  • Manage scheduling for preventative, corrective, and emergent work.

🎯 Requirements

  • Education: High School Degree Required
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
  • 7+ years maintaining air-cushion vehicles or Navy systems
  • 5+ years supervising air-cushion/aircraft maintenance
  • Strong troubleshooting and system readiness background
  • Familiar with J-STD-001, IPC-A-610, IPC-A-620, NAVSEA welding, NDT
