Maintenance Manager, Charleston and Kiawah Island

📋 Description

• Receive, triage, and execute assigned maintenance work orders across a portfolio of homes
• Complete handyman repairs within defined scope, quality, and safety standards
• Diagnose issues across core home systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC basics, appliances, smart home
• Escalate specialized or out-of-scope work to Asset Management with clear scoping and recommendations
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently, correctly the first time, and aligned with Pacaso Home
• Partner with the Maintenance Coordinator to manage scheduling, routing, and daily execution

🎯 Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in residential maintenance, handyman services, or property operations
• Strong troubleshooting skills across home systems, appliances, and general repairs
• Experience working in high-end or luxury residential environments preferred
• Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Comfortable using work order systems, mobile tools, and basic technology platforms
