Maintenance Mechanic

📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and repairing packaging, facility, utility and building systems.
• Assist in planning and executing work orders; perform routine spot checks.
• Lead, train, and coach mechanics on maintenance tasks.
• Support continuous improvement projects and upgrades.
• Verify work to standards and document results.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of maintenance experience (food industry preferred).
• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Available to work nights, weekends & holidays.
• Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS system (required).
• Bilingual – English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
