Maintenance Mechanic & Technician - Third Shift

📋 Description

• Coordinate and perform daily maintenance activities
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy wood processing machines according to safety predictive
• Handle plumbing, electrical, basic carpentry, heating and cooling, and other building systems
• Inspect and identify heavy wood processing equipment in need of repair (including Homag Saws, CNC
• Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs
• Inform appropriate personnel of problems and projects that will affect production quality and

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar maintenance-related roles working directly with heavy CNC-style
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required
• Ability to use and troubleshoot issues related to hand tools and power tools
• Ability to abide by applicable proscribed personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to frequently climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces and work from elevated
• Ability to read, interpret and understand equipment manuals and blueprints
