Maintenance Planner

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain schedules based on utilization, hours, and regs.
• Monitor inspections and replacement schedules to ensure airworthiness.
• Coordinate scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Build and manage detailed work packages for planned events.
• Collaborate with maintenance, flight ops, vendors, and leadership.

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years in aircraft maintenance planning or coordination.
• Experience supporting Part 135 or Part 91 flight operations is strongly preferred.
• Experience managing aircraft maintenance records, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with FAA maintenance regulations and aircraft documentation requirements.
• Experience coordinating with maintenance vendors, repair stations, and OEMs.
• Proficiency with CAMP, Corridor, Traxxall, or similar systems.
