Maintenance Planner

📋 Description

• Build, schedule, and maintain the preventive maintenance program for production equipment
• Create and manage work orders in the CMMS, assign work to technicians or vendors, and track work
• Develop job plans for recurring maintenance, including task steps, required labor, parts, tools
• Coordinate planned maintenance windows with Production and other departments to minimize disruption
• Track preventive maintenance compliance, overdue work, backlog, downtime, and other key maintenance
• Maintain equipment records, asset histories, inspection records, and required maintenance

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or technical certificate in industrial
• 3+ years of experience in maintenance planning, maintenance coordination, or a related role in a
• Hands-on experience scheduling preventive maintenance and managing work orders in a CMMS such as
• Experience managing spare-parts inventory or a maintenance storeroom.
• Experience with purchasing systems or ERP software is preferred.
• CMRP or CMRT certification is preferred.
