Maintenance Programs & Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop aircraft maintenance programs per MRB and MPD.
• Review data from maintenance checks to assess program effectiveness.
• Coordinate program revisions with QA, Eng, Materials, Mx Planning, and RCB.
• Audit programs to ensure regulatory compliance and clear task instructions.
• Review FAA ADs, NPRMs, and service bulletins to identify fleet compliance requirements.
• Authorized to make pen-and-ink changes to task cards and model Allegiant’s customer service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Aviation Management, Engineering, or Analytics.
• 3+ years in aviation maintenance/engineering with a carrier or operator.
• Authorized to work in the US; must pass a background check.
• FAA A&P certificate preferred.
• MSG3 maintenance program analysis background preferred.
• XML authoring experience preferred.
