Maintenance Programs & Compliance Specialist

📋 Description

• Develop aircraft maintenance programs in accordance with FAA approved Maintenance Review Board
• Review all data from maintenance checks and analyze the effectiveness of the maintenance program as
• Support the potential escalation or de-escalation of a specific task card or check, as well as the
• Audit maintenance programs to ensure they meet all regulatory requirements and that the task cards
• Review applicable FAA ADs, FAA Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM), FAA regulation changes, FAA
• Coordinate all maintenance program revisions, task card revisions, or new regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferred or equivalent work experience in Aviation Management, Engineering or
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in engineering/maintenance with an air carrier or commercial
• Must be authorized to work in the US as defined by the Immigration Act of 1986.
• Must pass a Criminal Background Check.
• Highly organized with proven multi-tasking ability.
• Excellent problem solving and structured thinking skills.
