Maintenance Project Manager

📋 Description

• Coordinate and manage Change Requests (CRs) including scope, estimation, prioritization, and planning.
• Track maintenance activities, timelines, and deliverables for timely completion.
• Update project and support documents: CR plans, incident and status reports.
• Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and customers to resolve issues.
• Organize maintenance meetings: weekly operations, monthly service reviews, ad-hoc.
• Monitor service performance and follow up on incidents and enhancements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years in IT project coordination, service delivery, or maintenance.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello or similar tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and a customer-centric mindset.
• Excellent communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
