📋 Description

• Create and validate quotes in CCW-R; work in PXP; manage CS Hub cases
• Quote complex renewals to maximize margin in competitive situations
• Manage lifecycle from quote to cash; coordinate internal support resources
• Address questions with maintenance vendors; engage with internal/external teams
• Prepare pricing and proposals for renewals per Account Manager parameters
• Develop vendor relationships for discounts and fast pricing requests

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor9s degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of Maintenance Support in the tech industry preferred
• Independent self-starter with creative problem solving
• Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment
• Strong verbal and written communication; understand Cisco acronyms
• Ability to build rapport quickly and interact with all levels
