Maintenance Specialist

📋 Description

• Follow all safety policies and promote safe practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime.
• Read, create, and update equipment documentation (P&IDs, schematics).
• Ensure equipment installed per facility standards, manufacturer specs, and codes.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on CNCs, compressors, panels, and automation equipment.
• Troubleshoot fluid, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Associate degree in Engineering Tech, Industrial Maintenance, Mechatronics, or related field; HS + experience.
• 6+ years maintaining and troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment.
• Experience in manufacturing/high-tech production environments.
• Strong automation knowledge; Siemens PLC experience preferred.
• SCADA systems and industrial control systems experience preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical systems up to 480V.
• Experience maintaining CNC machines, machining centers, or similar equipment.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and P&IDs.
