Maintenance Specialist I

📋 Description

• Audit, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated material handling systems.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues using drawings and tools.
• Work with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC for installations and maintenance.
• Perform preventive maintenance following safety and quality procedures.
• Repair conveyor components and keep maintenance areas clean.
• Complete work orders and document activities; be prepared to work at heights.

🎯 Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED preferred; military service valued.
• 3-5 years mechanical/electrical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read/write English; basic math; document work.
• Willing to work holidays/weekends; knowledge of safety procedures (LOTO).
• Lift up to 75 lbs; push/pull up to 200 lbs; conveyor/sortation system experience; PLC experience.
