Maintenance Specialist II

📋 Description

• Collaborate with technicians to repair/maintain equipment; diagnose mech/electrical issues using drawings/tools.
• Independently audit, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on automated systems.
• Work with 3-phase systems up to 480VAC (repair/installation).
• Perform preventive maintenance following safety and quality procedures.
• Troubleshoot PLCs and external I/O devices; provide solutions to mechanical/controls issues.
• Maintain conveyors and maintenance areas; document work per procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED; AAS in engineering or related experience preferred.
• 5-10 years in mechanical/technical troubleshooting, maintenance, or installation.
• Strong electrical background; low-voltage controls/PLC knowledge; conveyors.
• Proficient in mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting; PLCs/I/O.
• CMMS experience; Journeyman/Master Electrician certs; Allen-Bradley/Siemens familiarity.
• Lift up to 75 lbs; push/pull carts; climb stairs; read/write English; LOTO safety.
