Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and work direction to local maintenance team members
• Coordinate emergency repairs and corrective maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime
• Monitor work progress and ensure maintenance activities are completed according to established
• Prioritize maintenance requests and allocate resources based on facility needs and operational
• Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and building
• Supervise and support local maintenance team in troubleshooting, repairing, and replacing

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, recycling, or material handling
• Experience leading or supervising maintenance personnel
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, and automated
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment, sensors, VFDs, motor controls, and automation
• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance planning, work order management, and CMMS
• Ability to diagnose equipment failures, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions
