Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and work direction to local maintenance team members
• Coordinate emergency repairs and corrective maintenance activities to minimize operational downtime.
• Monitor work progress and ensure maintenance activities are completed according to established
• Prioritize maintenance requests and allocate resources based on facility needs and operational
• Perform and oversee preventative and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and building to

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, recycling, or material handling
• Must be able to safely and effectively use the following electrical test equipment: volt meters
• Must be able to fabricate, repair, and install all types of guarding on material handling equipment
• Proficient in reading schematics and drawings.
• Must be able to repair and replace failed lighting circuits and components.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, conveyor, and automated
