Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Manage service team for property upkeep and repairs
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work
• Participate in on-call rotation; provide coverage
• Uphold quality control and safety procedures
• Promote from within; training and growth opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; 1+ year supervisory
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant Certification (Type I/II/Universal)
• Computer skills to manage work orders and scheduling
• Willing to share on-call with the team
• Valid driver’s license; DMV background check
