📋 Description

• Oversees repair and preventative maintenance of all production equipment
• Provides technical guidance and maintains operational knowledge of production equipment
• Attends daily manufacturing meetings and addresses equipment operational problems
• Develops and monitors preventative maintenance programs and checklists
• Uses maintenance software to track equipment malfunctions and analyze trends
• Monitors technician performance and schedules assignments based on skills and training

🎯 Requirements

• Solid knowledge of safe use and operation of production equipment
• Solid knowledge of preventative maintenance and repair of electrical equipment
• Solid knowledge of machine engineering and machine equipment building principles
• Solid knowledge of supervisory practices, conflict management, and interactive management
• Solid knowledge of safety practices and procedures
• Solid knowledge of grammar, spelling, and sentence construction for written materials like PM

🎁 Benefits

• Annual base salary range: $97,000.00 - $115,000.00
