📋 Description

• Supervise service team for property upkeep, repairs, and grounds.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house or vendor work; on-call rotation.
• Hands-on role focused on quality service and maintaining high occupancy.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in trades with 1 year of apartment maintenance lead/supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant cert required (Type I and II or Universal).
• Computer skills: manage work orders, turns, and supplies.
• Willing to share on-call with team.
• Valid driver's license, transportation and tools.
