Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Lead floor operations, manage shift schedules and job assignments.
• Conduct daily shift handoff meetings with production supervisors.
• Coordinate equipment repairs and troubleshoot machine failures.
• Drive safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Manage spare parts inventory and external vendors.
• Support team performance, resolve conflicts and conduct appraisals.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Leadership experience with conflict resolution and performance appraisals.
• 2+ years manufacturing maintenance supervisory experience.
• Strong troubleshooting in electrical (PLCs, motor drives), mechanical, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Knowledge of warehouse, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Proficient with Google Suite or Microsoft Office.
