Maintenance Supervisor

📋 Description

• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and routine repairs across facility and grounds
• Troubleshoot and repair building components (doors, wiring, lighting, plumbing, roofing)
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests (plumbing, outages, leaks)
• Document, prioritize, and complete preventive maintenance and daily work orders
• Conduct routine walkthroughs to identify maintenance and safety concerns
• Coordinate installation, relocation, and maintenance of equipment, furniture, fixtures

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in building or facilities maintenance
• High school diploma or GED required; vocational training preferred
• Electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs experience
• Ability to read blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, ladder diagrams, and schematics
• Proficiency with a wide variety of industrial hand and power tools
• Strong troubleshooting and ability to work independently and manage priorities
