Maintenance Supervisor - Bexley Chamblee

📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate the service team to maintain grounds and buildings at Bexley Chamblee.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work; share on-call rotation.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, and appliances.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are completed efficiently with quality control and policy adherence.
• On-site role with day hours and opportunities for growth and internal training.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong working knowledge of building maintenance.
• EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification Type I and II or Universal.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, schedule turns, and email.
• Willing to share on-call with teammates.
• Valid driver's license, transportation, and tools; DMV and background checks.
