🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years trade experience; at least 1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
Computer skills to manage work orders, turns, supplies, and email.
Willing to share on-call; valid driver's license; DMV background check.
