🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; 1+ year lead or supervisor in apartments.
Strong electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry skills.
EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
HVAC repair experience required.
Computer skills to manage work orders and schedules.
DMV and background checks will be conducted.
