Deliver customer-service driven maintenance to residents and visitors.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years trade experience; 1+ year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry.
EPA/CFC Refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal) required.
Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
Computer skills to manage work orders, scheduling, and email.
Valid driver's license, transportation and tools; willing to share on-call.
