📋 Description

• Manage and coordinate service team for upkeep and repairs.
• Diagnose/repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor work.
• On-call rotation with the maintenance team.
• Hands-on role focused on quality service.
• On-site in Nashville with potential transfer to other Nashville communities.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of trade related experience; ≥1 year in apartment maintenance lead/supervisor.
• Strong knowledge: electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry.
• EPA/CFC refrigerant certification (Type I/II or Universal).
• Hands-on HVAC repair experience required.
• Computer skills to manage work orders, scheduling, supplies.
• Background/DMV checks; valid driver's license; on-call readiness.
