🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year property maintenance experience preferred.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Valid driver's license in good standing for multi-site travel.
• Knowledge of gas, electric, irrigation shutoffs and safety procedures.
• Ability to read and follow preventive maintenance directives.
