📋 Description

• Directs all property maintenance: preventive, corrective, and emergency work.
• Prepares market-ready apartments after turnover (paint, carpet, repairs).
• Performs preventive maintenance and records findings in the log.
• Maintains inventory of tools and supplies; ensures PPE is used.
• Assists with move-in/move-out inspections.
• Handles maintenance requests promptly; aims for 24-hour resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.
• Prior supervisory experience.
