📋 Description

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of commercial kitchen equipment to ensure functionality and safety.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
• Repair and replace faulty components, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
• Install new equipment according to manufacturer specifications, ensuring proper alignment, connectivity, and operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of service, parts usage, and equipment status for reporting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while on-site or in the workshop.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Commercial Kitchen Service Technician or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced service environment.
• Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment, including gas and electric appliances, HVAC systems, plumbing fixtures, and refrigeration.
• Technical proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Familiarity with reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with team members.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure thorough documentation and efficient service delivery.
