Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Repair or replace doors, fixtures, electrical components, and related items.
Make ready vacant units and perform minor drywall, painting, and fixture work.
Inspect HVAC units and perform repairs or replacements as needed.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Valid state driver's license.
1-3 years facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair experience.
HVAC experience required.
EPA Type II or Universal and/or Pool Certification at hire or within 90 days.
MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
