Perform general maintenance and repair to ensure apartment units and property facilities meet CIM
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units; electrical appliances, outlets, and light fixtures
Assist with preparing vacant units for rental and follow a planned preventive maintenance schedule.
Respond to tenant work orders and coordinate repairs with property management as needed.
Work outdoors in varying weather while maintaining safety policies.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; valid state driver’s license.
One to three years of facility maintenance and/or mechanical repair experience.
HVAC experience required; EPA Type II or Universal and/or Pool Certification (at hire or within 90
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
