Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Safely repair plant machinery and infrastructure (emergency and preventive).
• Diagnose issues, dismantle/replace parts, test repairs before handover.
• Perform preventive maintenance; weld and fabricate as needed.
• Follow Lock-out/Tag-out procedures; keep areas clean after work.
• Respond to production emergencies; use resources to complete repairs promptly.
• Use Work Order system to enter and complete work orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Able to perform essential duties including emergency and preventive repairs.
• Diagnose issues, replace parts, test repairs; follow leadership instructions.
• Capable of preventive maintenance; welding and fabrication as needed.
• Limited electrical work; no energized electrical work.
• Must pass welding and cutting safety tests; arc flash test.
• Knowledge of E-Stops and crane disconnects; basic PC operating systems.
