Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Maintain preventive, corrective and renovative needs for buildings, grounds, and vehicles
• Complete maintenance repairs as necessary
• Coordinate maintenance planning and capital improvements
• Coordinate fleet maintenance and external vendors
• Maintain tools, equipment and keys securely
• Document all repairs and maintenance activities

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years experience in building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
• Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures
• Good decision-making and communication skills; work independently or in a team
• Own transportation and basic tools
• On-call availability evenings and weekends
