Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Ensure preventive, corrective, and renovative maintenance needs are met
• Maintain buildings, grounds, and vehicles per licensure and regs
• Repair as necessary and coordinate external vendors
• Maintain tools, equipment, and keys in an organized manner

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2 years in building maintenance (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
• Ability to evaluate cost effectiveness and preventative measures
• Good decision-making and communication; work independently or in a team
• Own transportation and basic tools
• On-call evenings and weekends availability
