Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Ensure buildings, grounds, and properties are consistently maintained to the highest standards
• Coordinate and perform a wide range of maintenance services to keep all facilities safe
• Oversee and complete maintenance, repair, and remodeling work related to electrical systems
• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate outside contractors when specialized
• Travel between 2–4 sites per day on average
• Use personal vehicle for work-related travel as needed

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of building maintenance experience (heating, plumbing, electrical, general repair)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, auto insurance
• Ability to lift and carry tools and materials
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repairs throughout the workday
• Strong decision-making, communication, and professionalism
