Maintenance Technician

📋 Description

• Provide excellent service to residents and assistance to team members
• Complete basic apartment turns
• Complete resident requested repairs and routine maintenance
• May provide functional/technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians
• May assist with managing vendor quality and perform move-in/move-out inspections
• Responsibilities vary based on team member skillset and community needs

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience
• Proficient skills in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, on-call
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Comfort with physical activity
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
